One of my new favorite things is to walk around town with my models, seeing what interesting opportunities arise. Last Sunday I did this with my friend Cyril, and before we found a lovely little winery to shoot ,in we tried our luck a few places outside, including this granary.
The light was rather harsh and there was reflective insulation on the outside of the granary silos. (It might have been a brewery…I’m not sure.) Together with Cyril’s pose and clothing, this particular shot made me think of old-style photos of our grandparents and maybe great-grandparents.
